Understood, I do not want real time stock quotes. I was getting delayed quotes NYSE and the Nasdaq, but my stock quotes were updating periodically or when I delete and download. But today I am getting nothing.

We are not observing any issue with this. Follow the procedure here: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Download Data from End of Chart.
