Hello, Im gonna attach screenshot of two of the volume indicators Im using on sierra chart. The actual issue is data missing related, I would like to mention that there is no problem with the same indicators also used on another sierra chart account in the same office! I would be very thankful if you explain what the reason for this problem is, sincerely yours mrgreen01 |

We see you are using CQG. We do not provide support for CQG data. You really need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for complete and long-term historical data: Denali Exchange Data Feed However if you update to the latest prerelease this limitation relating to tick by tick data for CME group has been restored: Software Download: Fast Update You will then have to re-download the data. Hello, just to make it clear, I have no issues with the candlestick bars, but the two volume indicators- more specifically: ,,Cumulative Delta Bars - Volume" as well as ,,Bid Ask Volume Ratio" Im using on 30.000 volume chart. I did step by step all the things you sent me, unfotunately there was no result and the indicators data is still missing, while the bars for the specific instrument are available! |
