This is what I see when I attempt to open a historical chart of FSXE.

Steps to Replicate:

1. Find Symbol
2. Click on Futures - Eurex (Realtime)
3. Select FSXE Symbol March 2022 contract
4. Click Open Historical Chart

I sent the logs with the "Send for Analysis" button.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:

After that:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
