1. To disable trading for a symbol, -1 seems to work for Order Quantity Limit but not for Trade Position Limit.

2. After changing Position Limit, position exceeding previous limit still cannot be established, receive error regarding Order Quantity Limit.

update (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Order Quantity exceeds set limit for symbol: 2. Text: 2 Tgt -40+40+1, +80.twconfig. Internal Order ID: 2508. Service Order ID: 2610. Symbol: CAD-202203-GLOBEX. Account: xxxx | 2022-01-19 09:18:42.622 *

3. After changing Order Quantity Limit, orders can then be placed, but the newly placed working orders cannot be modified.

Order modification failed (InternalOrderID) | Order Quantity exceeds set limit for symbol: 2. Internal Order ID: 2516. Service Order ID: 2622. Symbol: CAD-202203-GLOBEX. Account: xxxx| 2022-01-19 09:21:07.946 *.

Completely exiting from all Sierrachart instances then seemed to fix it and allow the updated limits to function correctly.

Is it possible to fix this without restarting Sierrachart completely?

Is it possible to restart the primary instance only, so one can still manage positions in a sub-instance?

Could it be possible to in Symbol settings to filter/only view the symbols one trades to find/manage them easier?
