Toolbar remembering incorrect position

Each time I start SC, Toolbar 1 appears as shown and I have to drag it to where I want it. Using save all and confirming save on Sierra Chart exit doesn't seem to cause remember of toolbar location.

This is a operating system bug, and eventually we are going to be working around it. For the time being we have no solution to it.

It might help to clear out the registry data for the toolbars.
