Hi, I downloaded the latest version of Sierra Chart and I need to fill in the Data/Trade Service Settings sections: I no longer have access to Rithmic Europe (it no longer appears in the list): what should I do? My broker is AMPfuture who tells me to do with Sierra. Thank you |

If you are not following them, you need to go through the Setup Instructions at the following link for Rithmic: Working With Charts: Chart Settings Indicators at Lower Right of Chart At step #8, after you have selected "Rithmic Direct - DTC" for the Current Selected Service, you must close that window and then wait about 5 seconds for the system to retrieve the list of servers from Rithmic.
