Hello I just made a subscription to SC 11 + denali and bought the Cme data feed for non professional and without trading account. Yesterday the data was coming, now it stopped and it askes about signing the agreement. I signed before and it was denied. I dont have a futures account, and ill be using the SC just for analysing. I dont have a futures account and i bought the Cme for non trading account non professional. Please can you give me support because i find it really hard abd frustrating, making everything work normaly. Really appreciate Regards |

You appear to be set-up correctly, are you accessing the Real-time CME Group data on a single computer, not also on a 2nd computer simultaneously?
