Same as:

Urgent - questionable rollover calculation?

Rollover chart data error

The log for CL shows:

CLH22-NYMEX [CBV][M] 500 Volume #8 | Error while getting daily open price with date 2022-01-21 from file. F:\_SierraChart\SierraChart\Data\CLG22-NYMEX.dly. Error: No Data for read. End of file. | 2022-01-17 23:11:42.650
CLH22-NYMEX [CBV][M] 500 Volume #8 | Error while getting daily open price with date 0 from file. F:\_SierraChart\SierraChart\Data\CLH22-NYMEX.dly. Error: No Data for read. End of file. | 2022-01-17 23:11:42.650

Both files exist & have data. Obviously there's no data for 1/21/2022 yet. The CLH22-NYMEX file's data stops at 1/14/2022.

Yesterday, the log listed the 'search' date for the CLG22-NYMEX file as 1/20/2022, so the software is incrementing this somehow. In the symbol setting, the rollover type is set to DEFAULT.

I've deleted & downloaded the last 2 contracts with no resolution.

As a side note, a completely independent installation of SC has the same issue. They are different versions if that makes any difference (one is 2299 and the other is 2328).

Many thanks!!

Edit: Yesterday was a US holiday so maybe the noon halt has something to do with it.

We ran a test and cannot reproduce any issue like this:

Update Sierra Chart to the latest prerelease:
Software Download: Fast Update

Some enhancements have been made to determining rollover amounts from contract to contract which probably will resolve this.

And disable this option:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)
