Data feed not loading

Hi,

I recently purchase the pack 11, I'm now trading with AMP and CQG.
Earlier I received these error (file attached) with "Trade activity file unexpected condition..", I found a topic for its resolution and deleted the file that caused the issue.
Now I don't receive the error in the trade service log but the data feed is still not loading and locked.
How to resolve this?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
