[User Discussion] - Chart Saving Problem, can somebody help me out with this?

I have created complex Number Bars (Footprint) charts and despite numerous saves, they revert back to their original settings overnight. Each day, I have to rework the settings. Today, I created from scratch, the desired chart and saved it to the Chartbook Group (using "Save As") and it wouldn't reopen, because now it's only 1kb in size. The 1kb problem has occurred in the past and as explained to me, by the help desk, that it couldn't open "Because nothing is there" was a true statement, but how could a complex chart I save or save as, be "Nothing There"? Your help would be appreciated.

As noted in this section, chartbooks that are saved and opened via the Chartbook Group are separate from other Chartbooks.
