Hi I noticed my Data is not activated, I this because i need to log on to my funded live data account from AMP (cqg) to show that i still have this account operational?

If you have any trouble with historical data, go to the main instance of Sierra Chart, not a sub instance, and follow the instructions below.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
