Hi, My trades from AMP and CQG stopped showing up around 10/17/21. Could someone check on this. Thanks |

First, make sure you are on the current Pre-Release - v 2346. Follow these instructions to update: Software Download: Fast Update Then see if you are able to see your trades. You may only be able to see the data for today's trades, if you have any. And make sure you have your Trade Activity Log set properly - Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Viewing Historical Trade Activity Also, refer to the following setting, which could impact your ability to view some trades (depending on what it is set to): Chart Settings: Order Fills Start Date-Time (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
