Servers Not Listed for Rithmic - Direct Trading

Hi I am trying to configure Sierra Chart to use Rhythmic for a TopStep trader combine. When I select Rhythmic as the service I am unable to see any servers in the dropdown list, it is unpopulated? I need to be able to select TopstepTrader-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks |
