I have to keep adding my studies when I open a new chart

Everytime I open a new chart I have to reopen the studies, is there not a way that when I open the chart it will just keep my previous studies up? Also it doesnt remember my price display format and tick size... This is really annoying to have to add/change this everytime I open a new chart. Ive spent hours trying to find the solution!
