I can't get logged in to Sierra Charts

Greetings…I haven’t been able to log in to SC…it keeps freezing my laptop at the message log screen in the attached pic, at that point I have to use the task manager to clear Sierra Charts from my screen...there was a windows update installed last night as well…I tried uninstalling the update but it didn't help...I've been using SC for over 5 years and have never encountered anything like this....any suggestions?

You need to update Sierra Chart to the current version. So you need to click Yes.

You should not have any trouble clicking the Yes button and proceeding with the update. Is there any problem occurring doing that? Here are instructions:

I can't get far enough into the program to see the header to click on help and update the software...my computer freezes at the message log with the last line saying I can't log in because I may have 'expired'...I'm on autopay and my payment went through at the end of Dec.
