Not sure why, but this data seems to have completely disappeared from all my charts when using CQG Web API. When I use the SC data all services and change all the symbols, the historic bid/ask data is there. Did something change? |

For now go back to the prior version of Sierra Chart. We will have more information about this later. There is a change with CQG we are making affecting CME, EUREX but it is intended to be delayed until later. Or just wait about 2 hours. This change only applies to data direct from CQG and not with the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Tried to go back to 2342,43 and got the forced update to 2345 so I assume this was fixed(?) However, all historical bid/ask data prior to 16:00:00 PST is missing. The bid/ask I've accumulated while my charts have been active is there but when I spent 4 minutes updating, those bid/ask records are missing. Additionally, I am only able to access 1 min data prior to that time as well. This of course is completely screwing up my charts since they require tick increments. You now need to update to the latest prerelease. This is available and does support CQG tick Data.

Same issue with 2346. No historic bid/ask data prior to 16:00:00.

If you are getting Bid/Ask data in the real-time data that is updating in your chart, then you would need to delete the old data that did not have this and redownload it. Refer to the information here: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Retrying the Download When There is Data in the Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

This problem has returned in 2351. No historic volume data showing up, only real time. As a result of course, volume and bid/ask based studies are blank. Not fixed by delete/download instructions above. |

We have discontinued support for CQG tick by tick data for CME Group and EUREX in newer versions of Sierra Chart. We will post information about this. For now go back to a prior version.
