Iam using my old computer to avoid the frequent crashes I was having with my new comuter which seems to be worind as far as crashes. hower when i grab achart in a chartbook with the hand i am only abel to move the chart horizontay but not verticaly in al regions and tme in instances. any sugestions to aolow veertica movements? |

Global Settings --> Then Tool Settings --> "Support vertical scaling/movement with hand tool" -- Make sure that is turned to "yes", the default setting on install is no.
