I was exploring the symbols available in Sierra Chart Historical Data Service , using the find symbol window. For many exchanges/symbols no historical data is available, for example: LME,SHFE,MATBA, NCDEX(soybean, wheat), DME,SFE(wk). There is a red message "saying user is not authorized to execute query" Is that list updated, i.e. historical data is provided for all those exchanges in that list? I read in some posts that the data provider has to enable the data, why not just to enable all of it? This is important to run scans. Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2022-01-14 22:15:27

It depends on the exchange as to what is available and what is not available. In addition, the account from which you have posted is Expired. If this is the account that you are using with the Sierra Chart software, then you will not get any data into the system, regardless of the exchange requirements. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
