Trouble down loading Sierra Chart

I recently acquired a new laptop and am having trouble downloading Sierra Chart software onto my computer. The error message reads code #3, can not find specified path. I am running Parallels on a Mac which I have done many times in the past. Thank you in advance, Rick Reynolds |

You could download Sierra installer from Mac web browser, and Parallels has access the Mac Download folder.
