Orders open on startup (simulation mode)

I like to end my session in simulation mode so that I may open up on the next day in simulation mode. Over the past few of days I have been having a strange issue where upon opening Sierra Chart in the morning, there are orders open (only on one of the 4 future indices that I trade). I flatten them or cancel all if they aren't triggered, but even after doing so and saving and quitting, when I re-open, the same orders are back. Adding to my confusion, the orders are not always the same (sometimes 3 orders with stop and target, sometimes 1 order without stop or target, etc.)

For reference, I was using version 2337 and had the issue. Then I thought to update to the current (2344) and the same issue occurred. Furthermore, and I don't know if this matters, but it is always YM futures that has orders (I also have ES, NQ, and RTY futures open).

My first concern is the simulation mode, but a more pressing concern is if this could ever happen when I am live (where orders are placed without my input when I switch to live).

Flatten the position and lock trading (Trading - Trading Locked). Then close and re-open. That fixed it for me. But yea, scary if it were live.
