Horizontal Line with Alert doesn't react on TPO market profile

Hi SC Supportteam I'm using some chart drawing alert e.g. horizontal lines, rays etc with alert sound and checkbox "Enable Alert For Chart Drawing" enabled. If I use such a line in a 1 minute bar chart the sound alert will be processed, but without log entry into the Alert Manager Log. This is the first problem. The second and really serious problem is, if I use these alert lines within my TPO chart, nothing happens. No sound, no log entry, absolutely nothing. I have read and tested for hours, but no clue how it works. Thanks a lot for your hint. Kind regards, Stephan |

You definitely should have the Drawing Alert recorded in the Alert Log. Make sure you have the [Log] option at the top selected. Drawing Alerts on a TPO chart will not work, as the TPO chart does not have the standard Open/High/Low/Close information for bars. Therefore, there is nothing to compare to.
