Hello support.

I 'm running into a weird issue and i would like your help on this. I now have a new laptop that I use for my trading and copied the sierra chart data folder from my previous laptop so I can keep all of my chartbooks and everything as they used to be. Now what happens is, every new day when I open my chartbook for the first time of the day, I find an open order on my sim account running although I was flat the day before. It doesn't look more like an order from the day before, but an order that is executed as I open up my chartbook as it's always only a couple of ticks away from the current market price. Any suggestions please?

Thanks.

Update Sierra Chart to the current version following these instructions:

Software Download: Fast Update

This should resolve the problem. There was a problem with the saving of certain types of files under certain conditions, in the version you are running.

Flatten the position and lock trading (Trading - Trading Locked). Then close and re-open. That fixed it for me.
