Unable to find Stock Symbols

I am looking for a stock symbol and don't see any stock symbols listed when I "find symbol". I assume I am doing something wrong or my feeds don't include stock symbols. I have attached a pic of find symbol window. I have searched help and could not find a resolution. Thanks |

In general, you need to just type in the name of the stock. But, you can do a search (as shown in your image), but you have to enter some initial information (some part of the stock symbol or name of the company) and then select the appropriate search. Note that you only have access to historical stock data, not real-time data. If you want real-time data, then we suggest you wait for a few weeks until we have our new NASDAQ data feed up and running.
