Is it possible to create a "global link" between items? I have figured out how to link multiple chart books in the same instance. But I am trying to create instances for other monitors and link these to the items on the main instance. Thank you. |

No there is no linking like this between actual separate instances of Sierra Chart.

It is possible to detach the chartbook and move it to another monitor? I have 8 different charts (all different timeframes to show the whole picture without switching through 8 different timeframes). There has to be a way around this? Surely I don't have to duplicate 8 charts every morning and arrange them on another monitor so they are linked to the main. Thank you. |

You can not detach a Chartbook, but you can detach the charts. It sounds like this will work for what you need. Just detach the charts and set them as you want them on your monitors.
