The first problem is that we see a number of charts with incorrect symbols for them. Make sure your Chartbooks are open and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will change the symbols to be what is needed for Rithmic. Second - You are not connecting to a live trading account in order to qualify for the non-professional CME Group exchange fees. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Third (mostly just informational) - you have at least one study that is not working properly. I followed the steps and connect my Real Trading Account from AMP global clearing to Sierra. it loads just 30 days on the Footprint chart and just one day on the Day VWAP Chart. Although it should load the last 365 days. When i Switch back to Rithmic connection it loads in all chart just the last day. |

You should be getting your data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at this time. Everything looks good for this. Check your setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds and be sure this is set to Yes. If it is, then you will be getting the data from the Denali feed regardless of what your Current Selected Service is set to. In terms of getting more than 30 days of data, refer to the following: Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Downloading/Viewing More Historical Intraday Data In particular with the above, make sure you are using a Continuous Futures Contract option.
