I have my main account with AMP and funded a subaccount. Essentially to employ different trading strategies with different accounts. Just FYI, the subaccount has the same number as the main account with an "A" at the end of it. So would like to also use that in Sierra Chart. I already have CQG order routing with my logon credentials. But I created a subaccount with AMP and trying to get that active on Sierra Chart. In other words, I created a subaccount with AMP XXXXXXA. Doesn't seem to be active in Sierra Chart as yet, as I can't see and select it in the trade window. How do I do this? |

If both accounts are accessible using the same CQG credentials, then both accounts should be showing up in Sierra Chart and available in the Trade Account field on the Trading Window. Refer to the following for how to change the account on the Trade Window: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) If, on the other hand, you have two different logins for CQG - one for each account - then our recommendation is to use two different Sierra Chart installations and have each account setup in each installation. Refer to the following for how to install a second Sierra Chart: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I have the same issue as user triniskee. My AMP subaccount will not show up on sierra charts. As far as I am aware AMP did not issue a new username and password for the subaccount so it must be the same. I am only able to see the master account on the trade account filed.

Nothing has changed in this regard. If the accounts are both accessible through a single CQG login, then both accounts should be showing on the Trade Window. Refer to the following: Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) If you are not seeing both, then check with AMP on this and make sure both accounts are accessible from a single login, and if not, then you would need to setup a second installation of Sierra Chart to access that other account. Refer to the following: Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

A follow up to my earlier post and for anyone else in the future that might come across similair situation. After contacting AMP, I discovered that AMP has to manually link the main account and sub account. Now sub acoount shows up in Sierra Charts.
