I recently moved my money out of Infinity Futures and they shut down access to Sierra Charts via Infinity's applications. This morning, I'm trying to access SC directly in lieu of Infinity. Sierra Charts load but they are not receiving any exchange data. Charts are dead. I get message "Connection error message from service: TransAct WS Account login error -1(-1)" How to fix? Thanks. |

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "Ok" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart.
