I am from Trade Surfers. I have got Sierra Chart on my desk top. But It has problem that it can not be able to loading something. On my Chart says error loading. So What set up do I have to do? |

That error means that there is an indicator that was placed in that region, but you do not have that indicator on your system. Most likely you received this Chartbook from someone else that has that indicator, but they did not remove it before giving you the Chartbook. You can ask whomever you received the Chartbook from if they can share the indicator with you, it will be a .dll file. Just keep in mind that the indicator might be setup to only work with certain Account Names as defined by the creator. So even if you get the file, you may not be able to use it. The other option is to simply go to Analyze >> Studies and remove that indicator from your list of studies.
