I tried to get YMH22 for dow futures and it won't let me.. Then I tried to get $djx and it won't allow me... Any suggestions?

They told me to get Sierra Data feed so my orders are housed on the exchange and Denali is the only one available when I signed up.. I need to sign up for their data service? BTW, why is my Denali data delayed by 10 minutes compared to my TOS? I'm paying for Denali data..
