Hi, we used to use interactive brokers, but due to recent regulatory changes, we are forced to look for a new broker. We are currently trying to connect to Edge Clear and Iron Beam to test both to see witch one fits us best. The Iron Beam set up requires us to enter" 3rd party platform request" and they ask us to enter "Account number" however the field does not let us to fill our sierra chart account name "mnlth", can you let us know what is our account number? Furthermore, we already established a connection to Edge Clear, however, we noticed our market data are delayed by 15 seconds. Could you please tell us what might be the cause? SC data used to be real time. We would also like to find out what is the latency between SC servers and Edge Cleaer/Iron Beam and also between SC servers and our instance, which is currently based in Prague, Czech Republic. This is in order to decide on the geolocation of our server to minimize data and order latency. We will be happy to provide further information for you to be able to answer this. We do not know what they are asking for in this regard. The only account identifier is your Account Name. Please check with them to see what exactly they are looking for in this regard. The only real-time data you are getting from us is the U.S. Equities data. If it is this data that is delayed by 15 seconds, then most likely it is just a clock issue, where the clock on your computer is off by this amount. But you can get us your Message Log by following these instructions and we can take a look and see if there is anything specific occurring: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
