Will the ES order get duplicated?

SC: If I have both a 1 minute chart and a 3 minute chart with the Chart trade mode turned on and the Trading Chart DOM turned on, will that result is two separate orders? When I look at both of them in Sim mode and enter an order on the 1 min chart, I also see the identical order on the 3 minute chart. In other words, if I trade 2 contracts, will there actually be 2 contracts filled on the 1 minute chart and 2 contracts filled on the 3 minute chart? Thus resulting in me trading 4 contracts instead of 2. The assumes the trade is on the ES future. Sierra Charts are the best in my opinion. Thanks in advance. |

You will always see all the orders for a particular symbol on all the charts for that symbol. Therefore, you are not getting duplicated orders, just the display of the actual order you entered. For example, if you enter an order for a quantity of 2 on the 1 minute chart, then you will only have an order for 2 contracts open, regardless of how many charts you have open for that symbol.
