I took the month of December off I have now jumped back and on have problems. My equity correlation chart (nasdaq, sp500, dow) etc all work. My inverse correlation chart does not (US $, treasury, yen etc) It is telling me it can not find symbols when rollover is performed on charts. Even if I go to a specific study it will not let me update to current. I seem to be connected etc. Ideas? |

What is the symbol of one of the charts for which you are having issues?

The primary issue is that you only have the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts exchange activated. Therefore, you are only going to get real-time data for items traded on the CME exchange. The system then looks to try and get the data from your trading service, which looks like you set for CQG. The implication is that you are not setup to receive data from CQG, although typically you would get an error message to this effect. If you want to add other exchanges to your Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, then you can do this from the following page: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
