I have watched a few videos on DOM setup, and I have my DOM like I want it. I trade off the DOM 100% of the time. I have set up a bracket, I would like to place my initial order with a stop loss and target. But if I am in a trade and want to get out quick, would like to just click the DOM and place an exit trade (scratch the trade). I have used flatten button before and had not so good fills. When I try to place my exit trade, it is using my bracket. I see there is a use attached order button, but won't be too quick if I have to click that and then go back to the DOM and place an exit order. Also if this is not a good place to have such discussions, please let me know. Kurt |

Check 'Use Attached Orders' before you place an order, so that the target and stop are automatically applied. The target and stop offsets use the Trade Window config file settings (*.twconfig). For a simple bracket, use the dropdown at the top of the Trade Window, and select 'SimpleBracket' You can then edit the target and stop offsets. To save the settings: Main tab >> M button >> Save Configuration The Flatten button is the quickest way to exit, and slippage is possible. You can also drag the target or stop to a new location. |
