Good evening I am trying to log into the CQG account, but I have the error message that I cannot find in your list of error messages 1 first message )Symbol is unknow, clique for symbol information ,real-timedata subscription for instrument F.US.YM (CORRESPONDING TO I=1) is not enabled 2 seconde mesage download failed,error dowloading historical intraday date for F.US.YMH22. instrument,F.US.YM(CORREPPONDING TO ID 1) is not allowed.Result=103.Num Quotes=0 Best regards |
