Hello I need a help. It seems that I am considered as a professional for CME data . Yesterday I filled for Sierra Chart Data feed in AMP Futures. Could you help me with that? I've already entered my AMP Futures account number for verification but it seems not verified still. BR Marcin |

The reason why you are listed as a "Professional" with regards to the CME Data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed is because you did not list a broker/FCM and your Trading Account Number on the Uniform Subscriber Agreement and you selected No to the question of Certified as Non-Professional on the CME Non-Professional Certification agreement. Therefore, you stated your classification as a Professional. If you want this changed to a Non-Professional, then you need to fill out the agreements again, and you have to have broker/FCM and your trading account listed, as the CME Group requires that you have a live, funded, futures trading account that we can connect to in order to qualify for the non-professional exchange fees.
