need help pl s and P futures e mini not live despite new payment

hello i have a problem in that i cant get live esh-22 emini sand p 500 futures my feed is still delayed i have a uk futures account with Ig index i activated 2 new feeds this morning but the feed is still delayed previously i had cme for prof without a trading account what do i need to do to get live prices not 10 mins delayed please just to say that im not professional but do have a futures account its been Ig index ever since i joined sierra but its not been acknowledged as acceptable before if ive paid the wrong think maybe you can correct this if i still need the $66 package |

hello so it looks like what i tried today has failed and my 2 new payments this morning have achieved nothing as i dont have the right sort of trading account and cannot open what is needed from the uk can i get a credit for these 2 payments today looks like my only option is to pay the $66 is that correct i am on +441306730268 or 07979770807 if a chat would he better thank you |
