i have been trying to log into my account since yesterday. AMP sent me a new password for the data/trade area of the log in, and it still doesnt work. They said to chat to you.. Please advise - thank you

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
