One of my customers gets the following error when using a study which calls function sc.SaveChartbook() "File compression not supported on file system. D:\SierraChart - FUTURE TRADING\SierraChartInstance_2\Data\F.US.EPH22.scid. Windows error code 1: Incorrect function." |

They are not running the Windows operating system. That error message can be safely disregarded.

Ok in our experience, this error message is encountered on Wine with Linux. They need to find out why compression is not supported on the file system. They need to get that resolved.
