You will find the receipts for payments made to use in the Transaction Log and Payment Receipts page of our website. You can access this through the link on the Main Control Panel for your account. Or you can select the following link and login to the Sierra Chart website (if necessary): https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=TransactionLog For each of the payments you have made there is a link in the Transaction ID column. Select this link to download the receipt for that payment. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
