Can't connect to Rithmic for retrieving server list

Hi everyone,

I'm following the steps outlined here: Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

At the step where I choose Rithmic Direct - DTC and click OK to retrieve server list without providing credentials yet, SC disconencts and keeps attempting to reconnect without luck. Log is attached below.

My plan is to use Rithmic for order routing, and Denali for data feed (my broker doesn't support Teton yet).

Go back into Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and the list of Rithmic Servers should now be filled in and then you can choose one.

Now if my intent is to use rithmic purely for order routing only, and use denali for data feed, do I only input rithmic username and password for the Trading fields and skip it for the market data and historical data fields?
