Hello! i am a bit confused on the account activation page. I just made a payment but would like it set up for auto renew each month... Would you advise directions on how to do this or confirm that it is on auto renew.? Thank you so much

If you are referring to the package renewals, they are always automatically renewed as long as you have enough funds in your account. If you are asking how to automatically have your card charged for any upcoming fees, then you can do this by setting up Automatic Payments with Stripe on our Payments page. Hope i did it correctly. after i hit the submit, i received the message " subscription added". this means every month my payment of 26.00 a month will be automatically charged?

Yes, you have setup the Automatic Payments with Stripe properly. So your card will now be automatically charged for upcoming service fees (in your case right now, it is just the $26.00 per month for the Sierra Chart Service Package).
