TPO chart visually fine, apart from the time displayed using crosshairs

My TPO charts are displaying the right 30 minute visuals, but when using the crosshair its showing the time for each column in minutes. I have tried changing the time from '0-1-0' to '0-30-0' which starts reloading the charts but still reverting to the 0-1-0 settings
