How to put the Chart DOM in the second region

I have my main graph price in the second region for the chart now, I check the Chart Dom setting or in the chart settings/advance2 but cant find how to change it. It currently Plot in the 1st region.

This is not supported. The Chart DOM is only available in Region 1.
