I activated package 12 but when I go to File >> Open Market Depth Window I just see 1. I have disconnected and reconnected a few times. Thank you. |

You need to change to the CME exchange fee, which includes market depth. Refer to: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Adding Support for CME Market Depth Data Wait until January though since we are at the end of the month.
