Activating Live Feed

I followed all the instructions in activating the live data. I do have the letter (M) on my chart however the clock is still lagging by 10min which I presume is showing a delayed feed. Can you please help me activating my live data feed? Thank you

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

I have been informed by Stage5 that my account has been activated. I provided them my User name so they can map it to the Teton app.

In the meantime I have done the settings as per instructions online, but my chartbook charts are still showing delayed. I tried using the feature 'Translate symbol to current service' but still did not work.

Can I please ask for some help to get my live data active all on charts please.

You have resolved the issue of having a trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional Exchange Fees. But at this time, the Denali Exchange Data Feed is not fully setup. In particular, you need to fill out the Exchange Agreements and activate the exchanges you want.

Follow through the Setup Instructions at the following link for the CME Group data (note that there are multiple sections to be completed, you are just starting at the section for the agreements):
