sierra charts not launching when I log into my Transact account

I am unable to retrieve my charts since Infinity changed my account # to 52824. Can you please help? I've tried several times with the links they are sending me. None are working. Error messages come up.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Do not start Sierra Chart, from the Transact software.

Run Sierra Chart, from this folder on your system:
C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\

If you need your Sierra Chart account name or password let us know.

And update Sierra Chart after running:
Software Download: Fast Update
