Hi,

I am not able to access CME real time data. I think it may be because no trading account is assigned.

I've connected my amp trading account, however it also says this:

Trading Accounts:  No Trading Accounts Assigned to Sierra Chart account.

Sierra Chart Engineering - Posts: 104368
Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "Ok"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service
