Trade Account Monito/ Balance window not visible

for whatever reason my Trade Account Monito/ Balance window is no longer visible. when I click on it from the file menu the icon shows up in the task bar desktop window, but it is not visible. It is not listed under the windows and chartbook tab. No way to minimize/maximize/restore etc... tried opening new chart book etc still no luck. it shows up in the task bar but not visible. at a loss how to get this window to be visible.

Please update to the latest Pre-Release (v 2337). We just put up a new version due to some issues with the windows. We are not sure if your issue is one of these, but do this first and let us know if you still have an issue.

The update was not necessary. If it is not visible then select Window >> Reset Windows.
