Hi I saved my chart book after renewing credit usage to continue with data and account services however my chart book and chart set up has completely gone. It has taken a long time to define my setting and customize my studies - is there anything g that can be done to assist from your side? |

We certainly do not know what would have happened to your chartbook, but there are backups made.
