I have 2 instanced paid for - I have 2 data sources paid for ( based on what I see in the account ) - however I started getting this error.

Its most likely something I'm doing wrong but I can't figure out what.

The connection limit in this case is applying to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which only allows one connection.

When we offer our new NASDAQ data feed which will be part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you will be able to use that on two computers. It should be available in January 2022.

I don't know if this is a bug - but right now I have 0 chartbooks open - DTC sockets are off and I'm still seeing disconnections.

Once I DISCONNECT and Connect again - then the connection limits stop - as if something is stuck in a loop somewhere

You have more than one connection to the data feed apparently from different systems.

Refer to:

Also make sure your installations of Sierra Chart are up-to-date:
Software Download: Fast Update

We show that you have Sierra Chart running on two systems currently.

I assumed that if I pay for 2 instances that both of them can be online at the same time to get data (See screenshot). What do I need to purchase to have this working without disconnects?

That only applies to the Denali Exchange Data Feed. Not the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed.

However, with our new NASDAQ data feed coming out tomorrow, you can use it on two systems if you pay 2 exchange fees.
